    There is no specific law for Cryptocurrency in UK. However the profits and losses acquired on cryptocurrency trading transactions are subject to Capital Gains Taxes.

    The Cryptocurrency exchanges in United Kingdom need to be registered with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), although some cryptocurrency businesses might be able to acquire e-licence.

    Crypto Currency related activities in UK require authorisation for derivatives (like futures and options).
